Conditions & payment

PAYMENT:

When you make your reservation for one of our trips, it will be confirmed the moment we receive a deposit of 500 € for the GIANT VIP TOUR and The Fish & Wine Route, or 200 € for the rest of the trips. The remaining amount should be paid a minimum of 50 days before the start date.

If you make the reservation less than 50 days before the trip, you pay the total amount in one payment.
30 days before the start we’ll send you a e-mail with all the necessary information so that your holidays with us are as enjoyable as possible.
 

 

 

 

 

 

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

If, for any reason, you are forced to cancel your trip having already reserved and paid (in full or just one part) we’ll follow this procedure:
 

  • If you cancel more than 50 days before the start, we’ll refund 70% of what you've paid.
     
  • If you cancel less than 50 days but more than 30 days before the start, we’ll refund 50% of what you’ve paid.
     
  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start, you are not entitled to a refund (unless we can cover the vacant place on the trip)
     


Should GIANT TOURS be responsible for the cancellation, you would, of course, be entitled to a 100% refund if we were un able to find an alternative trip or date which suits you.

 

MINIMUM GROUP

The maximum group for the GIANT VIP TOUR and The Fish & Wine Route is 10 people. The minimum to do the trip is 4 people.

In the TRANSPYRENEAN the maximun group is 30 people, and the minimum is 15.

PAYMENT: 

Once you fill in the online inscription form we'll send you by e-mail our IBAN (International Bank Account Number) so you can send us a transfer directly.
